Profile of RegionIn this region, CHC partners with AeroContractors of Nigeria (ACN), a well established privately held company with an international reputation for having high safety standards, reliable service and customer-friendly staff. ACN provides services to a wide variety of customers, including clients in the public, private, and oil and gas sectors. The company's humble beginning dates back to 1959. Today, ACN transports more than 300,000 passengers annually through its domestic and regional routes.
Services Provided ACN offers scheduled flight services with its Boeing 737-300/400 and Bombardier Dash 8-300 aircraft within Nigeria and surrounding tranborder oil destinations. ACN also offers contract flights and chartered fixed wing services. CHC, in collaboration with ACN, has raised the productivity of its Port Harcourt and Logos bases with the addition of experienced staff members, managerial support, and a new sophisticated fleet of helicopters. The CHC/ACN fleet currently has more than 35 aircraft.
